Aromatherapy

There are lots of sites online for aromatherapists! Lots of places sell oils! Essential oils are everywhere! What isn't everywhere are aromatherapists! Those folks that have studied the oils and are actually certified (schooled) to help you find simple and powerful ways to use these amazing botanicals & herbs! It is my hope and effort to  build a place that will provide an "on call" aromatherapist, me and a place where you can find simple ideas! I am authoring a few booklets showing some real simple ways to use essential oils in cooking! If you think they are good for the outside of you, you will be surprised to see what they do for the inside!
I don't sell oils! I can tell you the best choices of oils to accomplish what you need! For example lots of places sell Lavender oil. But did you know there are several Lavender choices! There is only one effectively therapeutic grade of Lavender. All the others just smell good. Oh that isn't entirely true, they are beneficial but the MOST effective is Lavendula Angustifolia. Never use 40/42 for a therapeutic or healing effect! Did you know that you can eat Lavender? It makes an amazing extraordinary ingredient to some everyday recipes! Stay tuned for more information!
